We are planning to start the second PB process this summer so that we can wrap up voting by December and make the timeline more manageable for everyone involved. Before we launch the second round, we’d like to collect feedback from the community about what worked well and what could be improved through two primary channels:
- An in-person feedback session on Tuesday, May 5th from 6-8pm at the Citywide Senior Center (806 Mass. Ave.)
- An online survey
A graduate student from the Harvard Kennedy School is going to analyze this data and other survey data we collected throughout the process (from attendees at assemblies, Budget Delegates, voters, etc.) and come up with recommendations to help us improve the second process.
If you can make it to the feedback session on May 5th, we’ll see you there! If not, please help us disseminate the survey widely so that we capture as many different viewpoints as possible. Community members are welcome to submit comments via email and phone as well.
